  • When do I make payment?
    For in-person session, payment must be made 48 hours in advance. If no payment is received, booking is deemed to be cancelled. For online or walk-and-talk sessions, payment is to be made before the start of session.
  • How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment? Any charges involved?
    There is no charge for cancelling or rescheduling appointment with more than 24 hours notice. Please send email to sidebysidecounselling@outlook.com. If notice of cancellation or rescheduling is made within less than 24 hour, full session fee is payable.
  • Is my appointment confirmed after filling up the above and submitting?
    Your appointment is only confirmed when counsellor replies you via email.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment by Cash, PayNow, and Bank Transfer. Instructions are issued on the invoice.
