Is my appointment confirmed after filling up the above and submitting?
Your appointment is only confirmed when counsellor replies you via email.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment? Any charges involved?
There is no charge for cancelling or rescheduling appointment with more than 24 hours notice. Please send email to sidebysidecounselling@outlook.com.
If notice of cancellation or rescheduling is made within less than 24 hour, full session fee is payable.
When do I make payment?
For in-person session, payment must be made 48 hours in advance. If no payment is received, booking is deemed to be cancelled.
For online or walk-and-talk sessions, payment is to be made before the start of session.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Cash, PayNow, and Bank Transfer. Instructions are issued on the invoice.
